Privacy Policy

Pot Pottery (“we”, “us”) makes 3D-printed pottery tools and runs potpipottery.com. This page explains what information this website collects, why, and the choices you have. The short version: we don't sell your data, we don't run advertising trackers, and anything optional stays off unless you allow it.
What we collect
- Things you send us. If you join our newsletter or contact us, we keep your email address and message so we can reply or send the updates you asked for. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Basic technical data. Like every website, our host receives your IP address, browser type and the pages you request so it can deliver the site and keep it secure. These logs are kept only as long as the host needs them.
- Your tool designs. Shapes you draw in the Contour Builder stay in your own browser (see below). They're only sent to us if you choose to order or share them.
Orders
When you click “Order”, you're taken to our print-and-ship partner's store (TeleportPod) to complete your purchase. They handle payment, shipping details and order emails under their own privacy policy; we never see your full payment details.
Cookies & browser storage
We use a small amount of storage in your browser that the site needs to work. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Optional analytics. We may add privacy-friendly analytics to learn which tools people try. They only run if you choose “Allow analytics”, and we'll list them here first. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as “Essential only” automatically.
Services that load with the page
To display the site, your browser fetches a few files from other providers, which receive your IP address as part of that request:
- Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com) for our typefaces.
- cdnjs by Cloudflare (cdnjs.cloudflare.com) for the 3D library that powers the pottery wheel.
Sharing
We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't share it for advertising. We share it only with the service providers above to run the site and fulfil orders, or when the law requires it.
Your choices & rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you emails. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California) you may have further rights, including to object to processing or to complain to your local data-protection authority. We'll respond within 30 days.
Children
This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
